  8. Payment and Deposit:
  9. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  10. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date. Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus a 10?ministrative fee.
  • Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation Due to Extraordinary Circumstances
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
  • Changes to the Tour Itinerary
  • Participants may request changes to the tour itinerary up to 14 days before the start date. Any changes made after this period may incur additional costs.
  • No-Show Policy
  • Participants who do not arrive for the tour on the scheduled date will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Refund Process
  • All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
